Arriving in a new city can be stressful, the ever chaotic market of Amsterdam only adds fuel to the fire. We make it easy for you by giving you an introduction to the local market.
Just like the locals we will schedule an introduction call to get to know each other. During this call we explain the market, go
over your housing preferences and make a game plan.
For expats the call also includes more broader topics such as utilities, local taxes and schooling.
You will receive daily new listings that match your criteria. Highlight the ones you want to view and we schedule the appointments for you.
Naturally, we'll accompany you to the viewings, walk through the property together, and engage in conversation with the real estate agent.
For expats we can arrange pick ups. Driving to the viewings together, showing and explaining the neighborhoods as we go. See it as a complementary tour by a local.
If you decide to make an offer, we'll handle it for you. This ensures that nothing is overlooked and that it's done properly.
After your offer is accepted, we'll go over the contract with you. We know to take extra time with this for expats. Upon signing the contract, we collect the keys.
We collect the keys at your new address where we'll work with the real estate agent to create a check-in report detailing all the specifics of the property as you receive it.

Good to know when looking for a rental property.
As you know, there are requirements for housing seekers in Amsterdam.
Here are the most common ones:
Income requirement (single/couple) gross minimum 3 times the rent.
Self-employed? At least 2 years of bank statements are required.
Unfortunately, guarantors are not often accepted.
Sharing with more than 2 people is hardly possible, permits are required for this.
Pets are usually only accepted in unfurnished properties.
